Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Movi Transfer' services. By booking a transfer with us, you accept these terms.

1. Services

Movi Transfer provides private, international chauffeur services from Ukraine to major European cities. All transfers are subject to availability and weather conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is required as per the payment terms specified at booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee.

3. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must comply with all traffic laws and driver instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying abusive, aggressive, or illegal behavior.

4. Liability

Movi Transfer is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ukraine and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
