Our fleet consists exclusively of current-year Mercedes-Benz models: the S-Class for executive solo travel, the E-Class for business transfers, the V-Class for groups of up to 7 passengers, and the GLS for premium SUV comfort. Every car is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, 4-zone climate control, USB-C and wireless charging, and complimentary refreshments.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead for standard routes and 72 hours for custom itineraries or multi-day journeys. That said, our 24/7 concierge team can often accommodate same-day or next-hour requests — contact us directly and we will do our best to arrange it.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure with no charges. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before departure incur a 50% fee. Bookings cancelled within 12 hours of departure are charged in full. We always try to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.
Yes. Every Movi Transfer chauffeur speaks a minimum of three languages — English, German, and French, with most also fluent in Italian or Spanish. We can arrange drivers with Dutch, Polish, or Czech language proficiency upon request. All drivers are trained in international business etiquette and complete discretion.
